Regional Science Association International (RSAI)
The Regional Science Association International (RSAI), founded in 1954, is an international community of scholars interested in the regional impacts of national or global processes of economic and social change. The main objectives of the Association are the fostering of exchange of ideas and the promotion of studies focusing on the region, including the utilization of tools, methods and theoretical frameworks, specifically designed for regional analysis as well as concept, procedures and analytical techniques of the various social and other sciences. These objectives are supported through the acquaintance and discussion among its members and with scholars in related fields, by the encouragement of publication of scholarly studies and by performing services to aid the advancement of its members and the field of regional science.

Faculty of Economic Sciences and Management
Located in the agglomeration of Sfax, the second largest urban centre in Tunisia with its half a million inhabitants, the Faculty of Economic Sciences and Management is attached to the University of Sfax, founded in 1986. During the 2019-2020 academic year, the faculty welcomed. 2763 students in Licence; 1001 students in Master (including 173 in accounting revision); 200 students in Doctorate. Our students benefit from a complete training, a varied study path and an elaborate knowledge base increasingly adapted to the needs of the labour market. The teaching mission is ensured by a team of dynamic and motivated teachers belonging to five departments (economics, management, computer science, quantitative methods, accounting) to which is added a language laboratory. These departments focus on the challenges faced by young students and doctoral candidates (professional integration, contact with the reality of the problems, support in teaching, etc.). The faculty, a teaching and research environment, is home to 8 units animated by a potential of teacher-researchers and teachers working to promote theoretical and applied research, both individual and collective, covering a vast field of scientific knowledge and developing multiple exchanges in partnership with other national and international universities.
